Basic Description: Recognized by the American Kennel Club since 1940, the American Water Spaniel has had his greatest popularity as a
retriever in the mid West. Still more a working dog than a show dog, he is an all around hunting companion who can work in heavy and open cover
and who retrieves any game readily from land and water.
