If you would like to be listed as a contact for information about your particular
breed of dog, please fill out the below questionnaire.
Please be aware that we do not condone unethical breeding practices, so,
if you are not a responsible dog owner, please do not waste our time.
If you are a responsible dog owner and are conscientiously involved in improving
the quality of your breed, then we would very much like to list your information.
You DO NOT have to be a breeder to be listed, in fact we prefer that you don't,
unless it is to improve the quality and general health of the breed.
You must, however, be involved in the dog community is some way.
